PT Socfin Indonesia (Socfindo) is currently undergoing the renewal process of its HGU, which is presently at the approval stage with the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN). All administrative, technical, and juridical requirements have been fully complied with in accordance with Government Regulation No. 18 of 2021 and Regulation of the Minister of ATR/BPN No. 18 of 2021, and the process has received recommendations from the Provincial BPN Regional Office.

Regarding the difference in land area, the Company affirms that such discrepancy results from the application of more accurate measurement methods and does not involve any changes to the established land boundary coordinates. Accordingly, there has been no encroachment upon or acquisition of community land. All procedures are carried out under the authority and supervision of ATR/BPN.
